Congrats to the Dallas Mavericks for winning the 2011 finals defeating the heavily favorites the Miami Heat. The Mavs won their first ever N.B.A. title. The mavs where hungry for this tile after losing to the same team the Heat in 2006 after winning the first 2 games. Jason Kidd, and Dirk, which was the finals m.v.p. won their first title. This was Jason's 3 trip to the N.B.A finals and what do you know the 3rd time is the charm. And this was Dirk's 2nd trip to the finals and becomes another play on the N.B.A list to be a 10 time all-star with 1 ring joining one of the greats like Jordan and kobe. One of the difference in this finals was the explosiveness of dirk in the 4 quarter thats what changed all these games and was the reason why all the games where close. Top bad Lebron couldn't showed up in the 4th but only would show up in the first 3 quarters but that didn't help the heat at all especially having 3 superstars in the team. SO CONGRATS MAVS 2011 CHAMPS.
"WHY CAN'T LEBRON MAKE A DOLLAR????????
BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE A 4TH QUARTER.. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH".

The sportsmanship that happened in the conference game between Western Oregon University and Central Washington University softball team was a game to learn for all sports not only because it was a great game but because when Sara Tucholsky get her first homeroom of her collage career she feel and couldn't make it to first base after the coach had asked the umpire what would happened if Sara was sub for another player the umpire said it would be a 2 run single and that’s when Mallory Holtman first baseman for central Washington asked if she  could carry Sara all the way to home plate and the rules didn't say anything that an opposing team couldn't carry Sara around the bases so that shat can get her only home room of her collage career this is the greatest sportsmanship in sports because most team and team players would have done nothing so that Sara would have got her self a homeroom but Mallory know that Sara  worked hard for this and it couldn’t end now and Mallory didn’t care if it was the conference game and Central Washington ended up loosing the game 4-2 Sara’s and Mallory moment changed everything during that half inning those few minutes that both teams bonded as one changed the whole whole Western Oregon ended up wining and going tho the state game. Sportsmanship is a good showing of both teams in any sport whether is baseball, basketball, soccer any sport even if its just a friendly game always show GREAT SPORTSMANSHIP whether you win or lose always be sure to show how much you support your teams effort and show your opponent how hard each other played. Good sportsman ship show always be shown not only to make both team feel good about them self but to make the little one know that no matter the age and the sport you play good sportsmanship should always be a rule

On May 10, 2011 several students from huntington park high school formed a sit in that rapidly turn in to a walk out towards L.A.U.S.D school board in downtown the students walked from huntington park high school to downtown in a 7 mile walk of protesting to save huntington park high school the protest was one of the most organized protest in school history nothing was getting out of hand. The students walked all the way to downtown and waited outside the school board to await to see what happened the students were trying to change the boards mind about huntington park and where trying to make a point of way would you change a school that little by little is getting better the students where making a point but the school board wouldn't listen to all these students. the students didn't let the big walk stop them from going to the school board and change there minds. only 4 students were able to go inside and enter the board meeting. but ones the students went inside they were only able to talk for 3 min. only and the board had already made there mind way before all the students arrived in front of the building. I believe what the board is wrong not only because it may reassign most teachers from huntington park but because all students have tried there best and the graduation rate is going up a little more.

SAN DIEGO PADRES
The San Diego padres 2011 starts off versus the Kansas City Royals. The San Diego padres after losing one of there greatest hitters and player Adrian Gonzales are ready to start off this 2011 season on the right foot with there new members like SS Jason Bartlett, 2nd basement Orlando Hudson and one great player that I think will be a great replacement for Adrian Gonzales, George Cantu an amazing player not only at the plate but in 1st base and even in 3rd base. So the San Diego Padres are ready for this 2011 season as well as I am, although most people and baseball fans don’t think that the Padres have to roster and team to be a contender as last season I know that the padres will come out this 2011 season better as last season and correct their little mistakes they had mid-season last season when they had that 10 game losing streak. So not only as a Padres fan am I saying that the San Diego padres will gave another swing at that division title , which is not all that easy having great teams like the Dodgers, Rockies, D-backs, and of course the defending world champions the Giants, I know the padres will give another great swing as the title because anything can and will happened in the major leagues and I except the Padres to come out stronger than ever with the explosive offense and defense that they have put together over great players. And not only do they have a great defense infield and outfield bit they have great pitching, after losing and getting great pitches due to free agents the padres bullpen should be 1 of the top in their division. Outstanding players from pitching and defense and offense are the teams that win champions so the Padres are on the road to making that success.

Personal mission statement are a good way of getting your future, dreams, and goals because not only it helps you stay on track of all your dreams but it helps you it motivates you each and everyday to do that person mission  and makes you want to each and everyday to get a day farther because you know that at the end of that personal mission statement is a good reward but is not about the reward is about feeling good about your self that you accomplished something great in your life and ones you accomplish that mission it doesn't have to stop there you could continue it after and the more and more personal missions you write to your self the more of a great person you will be.
In order to start a personal statement you must make a list of thing that represent you as a person what you like to do for example help others be respectful being a good leaner, then make a goal for you that you will want to accomplish within the next years and then write another goal but this one is for your future and then you make your person staement of what you have said about yourself and what your dreams are

Wellness is being focus on every little detail in your life. There’s wellness of health, wellness of fitness, as well as social, mental, financial, living, and even education. But one of the most important wellness that everyone needs to be able to be aware of their health and fitness wellness. Being in a good health wellness is eating good always eating the right portions of foods following the food pyramid and always eating those right calories which varies in different peoples bodies. Also is about the amount of food one consumes you cant eat to little and eat to much it has to be just right or a little just a tiny bit above. Because if you’re healthy in your body you will be healthy in your brain and your grades will go up.

Another great wellness that one should also follow also in the wellness of fitness. Because being fit is an important factor in everyone’s life because being fit helps you do a lot of things even if your not fit try to run a couple of laps or even walk for a couple of hours daily and you will see results in your body and in your self because the more you feel better about your self the better person you’ll be in your life and in the future so the 2 main wellness you should also keep in main is your health and fitness because if your in good health you are able to do anything your mind tells you and if you follow your healthy brain then your able to do anything. Fitness will help you will being active doing work more positively you’ll be able to move faster and freely. Lets not forget that another important wellness is your education because your education leads to your future and your future will decide the rest of your life which is a successful person or a unsuccessful person.

Vincent hands down is one of the best WR. in the league. Although he's not really rewarded for what he has done for the San Diego Chargers he should although we wasn't able to play a few games due to contacts issues when Vincent Jackson came back from his suspension he made a huge impact not only for his height and ability to go and grab what ever is thrown at him but just his appearance soon makes all time to double team him and the other receivers will be wide open thats a huge impact not only for the chargers but for anyone team who has that advantage. If Jackson would be able to start the season the Chargers would have a been a whole different team and now that A.J. Smith put a non-franchise tag on Jackson its a little hard for Jackson and his ability to be a charger but lets wait and see what happens. Hands down wherever Jackson goes he's going to be a top receiver. VINCENT JACKSON THE BEST IN THE WEST.

My Hobbies
My hobbies or interest are playing all type of sports baseball, soccer, football, basketball, and even golf even though I really don’t understand golf I like playing it because is the same as baseball and baseball is my favorite sport. Other hobbies I like to do is go to the park and just walk throwing rocks is not really a hobby buts its something I often do because either I’m bored at home or just for fun. My other hobbies is just spending time with my cousin, little sister, brother basically my whole family because we go to parks and have a little B.B.Q and just have fun playing volleyball games football anything we and we just chill there for the whole day and then we do it again the other day at a different park or in a lake when its hot we get wet and have a nice family day out.

One of my favorite hobbies to do is go to the batting cages and practice or get my batting better and work on little things so that I can get better and be a better hitter and hit anything that is thrown to me when I got to the batting cages I start hitting at the 90 mph cage just to see how fast it is and to see what I need to work on and after a few couple swings I move to the 85mph cage is a little slower but looks like the same speed and I see what I have to work on then I move to the 80-75 now that’s high school pitching speed and since I started with the 90mph and I was able to give it some good swings the 80-75 mph will be easier for me to hit. And it works because ones your developed or use to hitting a fast speed anything below that will be easy for you to hit.

Tyler Haws Shooting guard for BYU is one of the top players in the nation. He is son of former BYU Mart haws. Tyler was one of the best basketball players in the country of utah and decided to play for BYU. Tyler was ranked top high school player taking  Lone Peak High School to 2 titles and braking lot of records during his high school career. Tyler wasn't or started off a great basketball player he had to work hard and hard everyday after he was cut from a basketball team when he was a kid him and his dad would work hard everyday and wake up at 5 in the morning everyday before going to school  and before his father would go to work they would shot free throws 40, 50 ,70 up to 100 free throws ones he went up to 143 without missing. People say he's got great talent from he's dad but tyler had to work hard on his own shooting the ball everyday and would practice 2 hours and everyday he would get better and better. Just like  Tyler working hard and always doing that will get you far and with every hard work something good is rewarded back sooner or later.

Jason Mcelwain was diagnosed with autism at a young age. But he always had a dream and heart to play basketball. Although he couldn't play as a player he had another big role he was one of the basketball teams mangers. Jason played that role the best he could, Jason would also practice taking his shots before and after all the team had left home, this played a big role because jason never gave up he practice and tried so hard. At Jason's' last game everyone couldn't believe it his coach but him in the final 4 min and Jason went in the court as if he was born to be there he shot 3rds after 3rds after 3rds and Jason ended up with 20 points. Jason never gave up imagine what Jason did in 4 min he played like a try champion he inspired  a lot of people in 4 more min now imagine who would you inspire someone else with 4 min. its all in your heart and desire for what your doing. If autism didn't stop jason from completing his dream then nothing will so if you have a dream that you think you cant accomplish just remember  what Jason had to go through and if you try and never give up everything you want will come to your hands.

Freedom is being independent. You make your own freedom; freedom is everywhere you just need to find it. Freedom lets you relax gives you moments of free time so you could be worried free from all your problems from all your school work freedom means you time. It feels great when at the end of every week you’ve done all your work all school all your house chores and for two days of does weeks which is Saturday and Sunday you have freedom its you time you can do anything you feel like doing whether is just staying in your house all day going outside and enjoy the fresh air and just watch all the clouds and birds fly by and feel great because you don’t have to worry about anything else, and then you do it again the following day and soon the following week and the week after that.

So freedom is what ever you want it to be and to be a great and to Academic Champion you must know how to choose the right and earn and get freedom the correct way and you will feel much better of your self because you have done all you can during the week and then you get freedom for 2 whole days nothing but freedom because you earned them with no help from anyone and you will continue to get freedom and then when you get freedom you will learn how great it feels and people will see that the way you get freedom is the correct is the academic champion way to get freedom and they will follow your steps and also get freedom so be an Academic Champion and Always be able to get freedom ones in a while.

On Wednesday The San diego padres added another great player for their 2011 season, infielder Jorge Cantu the newest member of the san diego padres.  The padres signed Cantu for a 1/yr deal, Cantu will play first-base and he will also see some action in third base switching with Headley and also at first-base with Brad Hawpe who also is another new memebr of the team. So this 2011 season for the padres is berly getting better with this new staff with great talent and the padres will be stong this season

Tuesday, January 18, 2011

--The san diego padres had a great 2010 season. Although they fell a little to short for me the turning of there season was wen they had that 10 game losing streak. Which helped the giants and rockies catch up to them. There were also games which they could have won but thats just baseball anything can happen. So the san diego padres are already ready for this 2011 season. With new faces such as "THE O DOG" Orlando Hudson who is a very good contact hitter not really known for his home runs but is great known for his speed. Another great player that the padres are happy to get is SS Jason Bartlett from the Ryas. This is a great player and will fit in just perfect now that SS Miguel Tejada left to the world champions SF Giants. The only bad part of the 2011 season is that the padres will have to do it with out there all-star gold glover Adrian Gonzalez who was traded to the Boston Red Sox's. Adrian was a great player while he played for the San Diego Padres but as all great players they all have to migrant to get challenged more. So as a padres fan i wish adrian all the best of luck and i'm ready for the M.L.B. 2011 to start in April and i look forward to seeing the padres being a great team this season.
